"Warm and cosy."
Light and bright. More spacious than we anticipated. Clean. Very well equipped. Easy to maintain. Brilliant having spare room and en suite. Comfortable beds

"Excellent cosy Just love Orford"

"We really enjoyed our stayed in your cosy but comfortable cottage."
Liked the big bed upstairs and lashings of hot water especially when we returned from wet and windy October walks.

"The exterior of the property is in need of redecoration."
Small things need attention, such as the shower control at ground floor (so difficult to operate), cord needs replacing to the over sink light. If 4 stay, the additional chairs are very uncomfortable as the cushions are worn, and the floor rug slides everywhere! This is a lovely cottage in a brilliant location, it is a shame to see it deteriorate. Cleanliness is great. Just a few small improvements would be appreciated by guests.

"As the cottage is dog friendly, a fixed gate on the entrance would be beneficial, rather than dragging a piece of trellis across."
-
"Overall, we greatly enjoyed the location of Vesta Cottage."
The photo of the lounge area appeared larger in the photo. The photo of the garden was also a little misleading- it is actually a side area of garden, which could have been given more TLC - especially the garden table and chairs. The property was smaller than I expected for 4 people. Would have liked to have been able to open the front and side windows in the lounge. The kitchen was v well equipped. There needs to be a sign on the recycling bin, reminding that glass cannot be recycled.

"Property in a lovely position and beds comfortable."
Initial impression was good with full range of items required available. There is a washing machine available if required also in cupboard at top of stairs which is not shown as available at property. Was disappointed that grass had not been cut prior to arrival and was overgrown as had not been cut for a while it appeared. We did not use area until gardener had been on Monday. Garden table and relaxing chairs need some TLC. Oven shelving had also not been cleaned for some time so put us off using this facility to a great extent. Bathroom window had been left open prior to arrival with the result that there were many insects in the bathroom. Some sort of fly screen would be good on the window to prevent this Prior to leaving we cleaned with the hoover available but then the room smelt of wet dogs. Think the filter and bags could need changing.

"Very nice cottage everything available that was needed, would be happy to go back again."

"Very well stocked property."
Cosy and comfortable. Just two things which would make it 5*: The doors on both bedrooms don't shut properly. The piece of trellis in the garden to make it dog proof was a nightmare. It fell down in the wind and had nails protruding which could easily catch your fingers. Why not put a proper gate there? It would be easy to fix as there is support on one side. Otherwise a lovely little cottage with a sweet garden to sit in.

"This was our second stay at Vesta Cottage."
The cottage is warm and welcoming and spotlessly clean and is perfect for 4 people. It is generally a very well equipped cottage but could do with a few more smaller plates as there were only 4 and at times they were all in the dishwasher.

"The cottage was warm, clean and cosy and we decided early on that we will return in the summer next year."
-
"Second time at this cottage and just as good."

"This was a really lovely cottage in a great location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked most evenings. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Can thoroughly recommend the local bakery for bread and croissants

"Really appreciated the ease in which the booking was arranged and the helpful staff - we arrived later than planned, but it was no trouble for them to arrange for the key to be left out."
Would highly recommend.

"We have been staying at this cottage twice a year for many years and found it satisfactory."
The problem i have now is that i am disabled and find the downstairs toilet to low for me also the chair in the living room. Also the shower has no support rail. I know these things may not be a problem for many people using the downstairs bedroom.
