Outstanding property with room for all the family and with so much to do onsite, you could be forgiven for not exploring the surrounding area. However if you decide to venture out from your holiday paradise then you have the coast within easy driving distance.

• Rooms: 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 en-suite shower rooms, sitting room with wood burning stove, dining room and kitchen.

• Beds:  2 king-size beds, bunk beds, 2 single beds (1 is a fold-out futon)

• General:  Central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor, flat screen Smart TV with freesat and DVD and sound system, bed linen and towels provided ( not beach towels)

• Utilities:  Electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. Washing machine and tumble dryer available in separate barn.

• Standard:  Kettle, toaster

• Other:   A limited broadband/wifi service is provided. Internet reception can be patchy and the connection provided should NOT be relied on for work use and is unsuitable for games or downloading of films. Please bring connection cables as you may have to attach your laptop to the router. Excessive use of the internet will be charged at cost

• Parking:  Large parking area. There is an electric charging point available (socket only, please bring your own lead).
