Settled into the historic village of Easton, near Wickham Market, Suffolk, and within a half-hour drive of the coast and other must-see villages, The Round House is a fantastic holiday home, offering everything you will need to make your holiday convenient and enjoyable.
Pass curving brick walls and quaint countryside scenery to arrive at this unusual property, being captivated by its round walls and thick thatched roof.
Enter into a building that has been fitted to perfectly follow the curve of the walls, beginning with a sitting room sporting pale grey décor, a selection of sofas, wooden flooring and a woodburning stove to add a homely glow to the room as you relax with a book in the evening.
The kitchen matches the sitting room in elegance, with grey furniture complementing a marble worksurface, stylish décor, wooden flooring and a breakfast bar and dining table, a great space for family cooking together.
There is also the option of a fantastic conservatory where you can relax at the end of a long day of adventuring with a glass of your favourite beverage, keeping warm beside the electric fire stove.
On the ground floor you will find the first bedroom, a curved king-size bedroom with storage and a handy en-suite, perfect for refreshments after a long day of walking through the countryside, and the character of the building is continued in the elegant sash windows.
For more bedrooms, ascend the stairs and discover two delightful en-suite bedrooms with half-moon windows in keeping with the history of the building and décor which adds a real air of opulence.
Outside, enjoy the fresh countryside air at the patio where a table and chairs provide you with a great spot for alfresco dining.
Easton is steeped in history, and this is noticeable as you walk through the village and see the different cottages and farmhouses, and there is a selection of pubs and cafes a short distance from the village at Wickham Market, where you can enjoy a variety of meals and a glass of your favourite beverage, as well as stocking up on essentials at the local convenience store.
For a family day out, visit the wonderful Easton Farm Park, where you may be lucky enough to see baby animals in the spring, or there is the option of riverside walks.
Further afield you can find the stunning Suffolk coast where you can enjoy a family walk and picnic with your four-legged friend, try out watersports and keep an eye out for wildlife!

FRAMLINGHAM
Saxmundham 7.5 miles; Aldeburgh 14 miles; Southwold 20 miles
The beautiful market town of Framlingham is mentioned in the Domesday Book (1086) and has been known since Anglo Saxon times, when it consisted of several manors which William the Conqueror (1066-1087) presented to Roger Bigod. The town is of particular interest as it has a large castle and mere which was built between 1190 and 1210. The town is surrounded by lovely villages to explore and has two of the oldest working post boxes and one of Britain’s smallest houses, with the footprint measuring 6.1x2.2m! Today, the town offers a number of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and it is also home to Framlingham Summer Arts Festival.
