There is a first-floor open-plan kitchen/living/diner with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dining seating, sitting area with Smart TV, and balcony with furniture, kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, two living/diners with Smart TV, DVD Player, and woodburning stove, utility with washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is a ground-floor double with en-suite wet room, ground-floor double with en-suite shower room, king-size, two doubles, and two twins, serviced by three bathrooms. There is an enclosed garden with lawn, terrace, furniture, gas barbecue, and two hot tubs, and off-road parking for four cars. Six well-behaved dogs welcome. Chestnut Tree Barns is a charming base for a Suffolk getaway. Note: There is a one-acre, fully-fenced dog paddock.

Bungay is a historic town resting between Norwich and Halesworth. The town is known for its impressive castle, Bigod Castle, and offers a selection of attractions including Bath Hills countryside walk and Bungay and Waveney Valley Golf Club. Dining options include Fianos, The Castle Inn, and The Fleece Inn, while you can stock up on essentials at the nearby convenience store. Head over to the seaside town of Southwold, where there is a golf course and sandy beach, as well as Southwold Pier, from which you can enjoy sea views. Norwich Norwich is a delightful town to visit, filled with history and heritage, and offering a selection of museums, as well as Norwich Cathedral, The Plantation Garden Whitlingham Country Park, and a great selection of independent shops, eateries, and pubs. Within easy reach of the town is the coastal town of Lowestoft where you can find further attractions and amenities such as pubs, restaurants and activities including the Maritime Museum, Carlton Marshes Suffolk Wildlife Trust walk, and Pleasurewood Hills Family Theme Park. Visitors can visit Burgh Castle, Leiston Abbey, or take a stroll through The Broads to see what wildlife they can spot.
