And at night, we can't think of anything better than reclining on the outdoor sofas and admiring those rural views with a glass of something chilled as the sun goes down. Should you ever be persuaded to leave this little idyll, you'll find an award-winning traditional inn just a five-minute walk away in the historic village of Mells, thought to be one of the prettiest in Somerset. Or jump in the car and head for the vibrant town of Frome, just an eight-minute drive away.
