This charming townhouse in the middle of Claverton Down is a great base for everyone who wants to explore the best Somerset has to offer. With Bath being only a short drive away, this is a great spot to enjoy a languid morning with birdsong and fresh countryside air before embarking on a sightseeing adventure to the Roman Baths. This is an elegant, serene home with an open-space living and dining area, in addition to a drawing room where you can curl up with e good book by the period fireplace. You'll also get a nice private garden where you can admire the surrounding countryside or enjoy an alfresco lunch. If you enjoy hiking, you can take the Bath Skyline Walk from here to the centre of Bath in about forty minutes – but don't forget that you'll have to walk back too. It should make relaxing on the couch with a good movie in the evening even a sweeter affair.
