There's room for all fourteen of you to pile into this handsome Georgian townhouse set along Old King Street in the city's heart. Spanning over five floors united by sophisticated interiors, the views of Bath's rooftops and Queen's Square only get better the higher you go. We love the mix of old and new here – think elegant drawing room with period features aplenty, alongside a sociable, state-of-the-kitchen that's bang up to date. It's worth noting that the two more generously sized bedrooms sleep up to four guests. But there are two cosy double bedrooms for anyone after a little more privacy.

Home truths
Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you at this home.
This home sleeps fourteen guests, with the last three guests sleeping on a double and single sofa bed in the living room. We think these beds are better suited to children sharing or shorter stays. Bedrooms one and two also have single sofa beds in addition to the main beds.
Three of the bedrooms have king-sized beds, which can be made into twin beds if you’d prefer – just request with your host in advance.
This home has a private entrance.
The townhouse is set over five floors – be prepared to climb some stairs.
A high chair and cot can be provided for little ones on request in advance.
Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise from time to time.
