Area This market town is nestled just north of the Shropshire Hills AONB, near the borders of Wales and England. It occupies a town hall, train station, real ale pubs, cafés and restaurants, as well as a few specialty shops. Visit the Tudor town of Shrewsbury nearby, with its castle, abbey and museum and art gallery, while the National Trust's Attingham Park boasts a walled garden. Throughout the area is walking, fishing and outdoor pursuit all waiting your discovery.
Region A E Houseman once wrote that Shropshire was “the quietest place under the sun” and today the county remains something of a rural idyll, recognised as one of the least crowded and most peaceful regions in England.

The pictures do not do this cottage justice! It was absolutely stunning, everything you ever need is there. The sofa was so comfy, the kitchen was just a dream kitchen. The beds were comfy the bathrooms were so clean. The hot tub was just a cherry on top. The view from the lounge was just beautiful, we saw rabbits, squirrels and birds all playing in the garden. So quiet and peaceful. Honestly if you have doubts about booking... don't! You will not regret it. Oh the home made cake was absolutely delicious. Sally and Alan are perfect hosts, there are right there if you need them but also leave you alone to enjoy your holiday away. Definitely will be booking again soon

This cottage is a little gem hidden in a very quiet beautiful part of the northern Shropshire area.. In easy striking distance to many lovely places to visit. We were blessed with beautiful wall to wall sunshine during our stay. The cottage is very modern & well equiped with beautiful panoramic views. Finally the hosts were wonderful, well done to them for making our holiday truely memorable.
