The owners that live near by are extremely nice and helpful and let the kids hold baby lambs on their farm and quickly provided any additional wood etc that we required.. Stunning location and views right across the Shropshire hills. Outside area was superb for hot tub, BBQ and entertaining.

Lovely New Year break in such a beautiful setting.. We stayed for 3 nights. The view from the lodge is gorgeous and the hottub and inside and outside log burners were so cosy! Lodge was well equiped and beautifully decorated. Ludlow town centre is worth a visit too. Lots of nice shops and a castle too.

Lovely log cabin.. Wonderful views. I think a signpost on the road would help with the name on as it is very difficult to find. A lovely chocolate cake was waiting for us which is a nice touch.

Wow. What a great place to stay.. So quiet, it's unreal. An amazing view over the hills and the hot tub is wonderfully relaxing. Can't thank Marie enough for her kindness and so we have booked again for next year. What I would say, we would have liked a washing machine on the premises.

I am commenting on the accuracy of your directions.. You say the lodge is on the left whereas it is on the right, For people with a sat nav the accurate location is as follows. 1. The grid reference of the lodge is SO58892 77182. 2. The Latitude is 52.391111 and the longitude is -2.6054925 3. The post code is given as SY8 3PW which is the code for a property lower down the hill. The accrual location is about 270m further up the hill on the right.

The directions are wrong, its the property on the right, not on the left as stated in the directions.. We were halfway unpacking when Maria arrived to tell us we were in the wrong log cabin.

This cottage is beautiful and had everything you need for a lovely get away, dogs are welcome and secure in the garden in front of the cottage.. We visited as a party of 4 adults and 2 dogs and I can say that all of us enjoyed ourselves. Lots of walks around the area and some a bit more out the way which are also enjoyable. The hot tub and outdoor space is lovely and very relaxing at night. Thank you for a lovely holiday

We went as 2 couples, everything about it was lovely, very clean and tidy, every room in the cabin has character.. The hot tub has amazing views at night and you can watch the sunset whilst enjoying a glass of bubbly. Our 2 dogs loved it as well. Marie had no problem with the breed and we are very thankful! She is always around when needed! Would go back 100%

I have only ticked "met expectations" instead of "exceeded expectations" as we have used Sykes before and received excellent service then, so we were expecting a very high stranded of service, which you delivered again..
