This enchanting cottage is a countryside dream. Nestled in delightful Rutland, this retreat will help you relax from the moment you step foot inside. Its warm pastel colours throughout, coupled with the natural textures of slate and oak, make for cosy surroundings. Whether inside or outside this newly refurbished home, the views extend for days. From the comfort of your sofa, besides your glowing amber wood burner, the green fields are endless. In the summer months, you may prefer to enjoy the scenery from your private wild woodland garden and watch the cows grazing quietly in the field next to you. Put on a morning spread in your open-plan kitchen dining area, after a restful sleep in one of the three generous bedrooms. The roof, punctuated with skylights, will help you wake, allowing the space to flood with daylight. With all abilities in mind, this home is all on one level and boasts walk-in showers for your comfort, ensuring everyone is catered for. The soft wood touches and neutral walls make this a calming space, ideal after enjoying the open countryside and endless activities on offer. You may choose to wander into the local area where you’ll be met with quaint tea rooms, numerous restaurants and friendly shopkeepers. Don’t forget to bring your four-pawed family member along for your stay, as they are more than welcome to curl up next to the wood burner after a long day enjoying the fresh air. Our favourite features are the deep cottage-style windows, where you can settle down with a hot cuppa and watch the world go by.
