Large groups will feel right at home at this gorgeous property in Harpsden Valley. Made up of a magnificent Edwardian house, an annexe and a studio building, everyone will have space and privacy here. After 11pm the garden will be off-limits, but during the day children and pets will love it, and there's plenty of room for picnics or exploring the surrounding 1.5 acres of private woodland. Henley Golf Course is nearby for hitting the links, and the River Thames is a short drive away along with the town of Henley-on-Thames, so we recommend having a car here to get the most out of your stay.
Home truths: *There is space to park for free outside this home. While there are no EV chargers on the property, you'll find one a five-to-ten-minute drive away. Due to its location, we recommend hiring a car.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you here.
*At full capacity, four guests will sleep on sofa beds in one of the living rooms and in the studio bedroom.
*This home is spread over three buildings – a main building with five bedrooms, an annexe with one, and a studio with two.
*Quiet hours are between 11pm and 8am. After 11pm, you won't be able to use the garden for the sake of the neighbours.
*Climbing stairs may be required here during your stay – there are staircases here that are uneven or have gaps, so children will need supervision.
