Nestled in the quiet village of Great Rollright, this cosy cottage promises a relaxed holiday in the countryside. With Cotswold charmers Chipping Norton and Moreton-in-Marsh both a short drive away, you'll be close to the idyllic towns brimming with traditional cafes, eateries and pubs, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Inside, this home is warm and inviting. Wooden beams line the ceiling, while a crackling log burner is just the ticket after a brisk stroll through the rolling hills. Whip up a roast in the rustic kitchen or, on sunny summer days, savour a cup of tea and a nibble or two in the shared garden. Spend the evenings watching a film in the living area – there's a DVD player as well as a smart TV – or play a board game around the dining table. Within the grounds, you'll find a vegetable garden, woodland area, small pond and a trampoline for children – plus there's plenty of room here to please the four-legged family members, too. The hosts live on-site and you may see them pottering around the garden, but they're very friendly and can be as hands-on or off as you need.
