Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Found in a sleepy village just outside the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this newly built home has been constructed out of the region's famous stone and is a prime example of how to build modern country properties without sacrificing rustic charm. The large windows, skylights and sliding glass door in the main living room ensure the interior is blessed with plentiful amounts of natural light, while the kitchen is both huge and stocked full of appliances. If you want to take things back to basics at any point, simply sit next to the crackling log burning stove. Outside, there's a long garden that has lots of space for kids and dogs to wear themselves out, as well as a climbing frame, wendy house, barbecue, fire pit and lots of seating for enjoying balmy summer evenings. Keen walkers and cyclists will be pleased with the wealth of routes that start nearby, while the towns of Chipping Norton and Banbury can both be reached in under twenty minutes by car. Closer to home, there are two pubs in the surrounding village of Sibford Gower.
