A short drive away you have Kielder Forest to explore, The Cheviots full of hidden delights, one of Northumbria's most scenic areas, and Hadrian s Wall all on your doorstep. The lack of light pollution means Northumbria National Park have the darkest skies in England, Stonehaugh and its new sky dome for a spot of stargazing is a must. Enter through the double gates, cross the gravelled forecourt to the front door which takes you into a gorgeous farmhouse kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and a beautiful Welsh dresser and pine dining table. Off the kitchen to the right you step down into a spacious lounge with a wood burner, TV, DVD and sofa bed, this cosy space is ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the wonderful countryside surrounding the barn. Also off the kitchen to the left is the sumptuous bedroom with a four poster bed, an en suite shower and WC. There is also direct access to the private hot tub area from the bedroom. Heading outside you will find an enclosed garden, decked area with garden furniture to enjoy alfresco dining or a relaxed evening stargazing. Storage is available for your bikes.
