A coastal Edwardian property located close to the estuary of Alnmouth, Baysyde is ideal for a family looking to explore the stunning Nothumbrian coast and countryside.
Reverse level, you will find the open-plan living area for this property on the first floor, with tall ceilings and an airy atmosphere, it is an excellent social hub for all guests to enjoy.
Grab a coffee and put your feet up in one of the stylish leather sofas, relaxing after a long day walking along the coastline, and when mealtimes call, the kitchen will cater to all of your culinary needs, as well as having enough space for guests to cook together, and you can enjoy your masterpiece at the dining table.
Descend the stairs to the ground floor where you can freshen up in the shower or take a warm a soak amongst the bubbles before cosying up for the night in one of the two bedrooms, a kingsize and a double zip-link that can be set up as a twin on request, both with stylish stripy décor and storage for your belongings.
Outside there is a table and chairs great for breakfast in the morning sunshine and you can charge your electric car on the drive!
Alnmouth is a beautiful seaside town, and walks alongside the estuary, River Aln and Church Bay are a must, where you can enjoy both nature and a view of the town emerging from the scenery.
Alnmouth also has a fantastic sandy beach for you to take a walk on or try out watersports, as well as a selection of eateries.
Travel a little further either to Alnwick or Warkworth, where there are more eateries, scenic walks and two fantastic castles.

Situated just 4 miles east of Alnwick, Alnmouth is a charming resort popular with golfers and those seeking a peaceful holiday. The village lies on a narrow spit of land between the River Aln and the North Sea and was originally the port for Alnwick. Nowadays the area has returned to its unspoilt origins and offers a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as an excellent “links” golf course and some great rivers for fishing, as well as boasting miles and miles of splendid beaches and sand dunes to explore which afford stunning views of the North Sea. A short drive will bring you to Alnwick with its famous historic castle, The Alnwick Garden housing the Poison Garden which runs guided tours through dangerous botanicals and a variety of pubs and restaurants. Alnmouth is well situated for exploring Northumberland.
