This home is something of a hidden gem, tucked away in the centre of historic York. Enjoy treats from the famous Betty’s in the welcome hamper to start off your day before stepping outside and immediately taking in beautiful vistas of the York Minster – walk in its direction for only four minutes and you’ll reach the beautiful gothic cathedral. Afterwards, head to The Shambles, just five minutes from home, and explore the old historic maze of twisting lanes – one of the best-preserved medieval shopping streets in Europe. When you return home, you’ll find a welcoming and cosy atmosphere enhanced by comfy red sofas, purple curtains and an antique dresser. The kitchen is modern and convenient for meals at home, while the wooden dining table is perfect for accommodating the group at dinnertime.
