This charming two-bedroom home is set in a central part of York – down the street from a host of wonderful coffee shops and just a ten-minute stroll along the city walls to the heart of town. If you’re hoping to catch a race at the famed York Racecourse, it’s just a fifteen-minute walk away, while the medieval shopping streets of The Shambles are a thirteen-minute walk from home. When you return back, you’ll find a bright and welcoming environment with plenty of natural light to complement the blonde hardwood floors. Unwind in front of the log burner when it’s chilly, or out in the sun on the back terrace in finer weather. Sizzle dinner on the barbecue as you lounge in the fresh air, or else slip through the garden doors back into the kitchen and start preparing a feast to enjoy at the modern dining table. The bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated, with large comfortable beds and blue-toned walls, perfect for recharging after days of walking around the city.
