This stylish apartment is situated on the west side of Whitby, just a ten-minute walk into the centre of town. Head to Pier Road, and you’ll find an array of cosy pubs, arcades and seafood restaurants. For a day at the beach, if you continue down this road, you will arrive at the lovely Blue Flag West Cliff Beach, which is lined with colourful beach huts. At the other end of Pier Road, a swing bridge will take you over the River Esk to the East Bank, where you’ll find boutiques aplenty and the famous 199 steps up to the Church of Saint Mary. You can also explore the renowned ruined Whitby Abbey, which inspired Bram Stoker’s gothic novel ‘Dracula’. Back at this stylish apartment, take a seat on the comfy sofa or one of the rattan chairs in the bay window and enjoy a glass of wine. We love the little details here, such as the woven wall hanging and the rustic log wood coffee table with its hairpin legs. If you don’t fancy eating out, whip up some local, fresh seafood in the kitchen with its grey metro tiles. This pet-friendly home is perfect for two couples or a family.

When the sun sets, ghost tours amble through the cobbled streets, revealing the town’s dramatic history. By day it’s all idyllic fishing village vibes, with a hint of Victorian holidays.
