A short stroll from the sweeping sandy beach on Whitby’s west side, this modern apartment is the perfect bolthole in this charming fishing town. A five-minute dander sees on at the beach huts on the promenade, and it’s just a ten-minute walk to the winding streets of central Whitby where fish and chip shops, cosy pubs and harbour-front bars await. The apartment is a haven of modernity, with pops of lipstick red standing out against an otherwise lightwood and stone motif. Beanbags and recliners offer a bit of evening respite after a day exploring the seaside and the open living area is made bright by a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows which can be opened up to let the outside in. The kitchen has everything you need for a full evening meal. And the bonus is the balcony, furnished with a set of table and chairs for a drink outside.
