Situated only a short stroll from the Whitby Museum, this light-filled apartment is just a stone's throw from the town's must-visit landmarks. Head in one direction and you'll reach the sprawling seaside, an ideal spot for an ice cream cone or fish and chips as you dig your toes into the sand. Venture across the Swing Bridge and you'll find Whitby Abbey, Church of St Mary and the famous 199 Steps. It's a fantastic locale to call home, made even better by the countless number of eateries, pubs and shops within easy reach. With so much to do on your doorstep, it's easy to be tempted out – but, if you really want to unwind, this is the perfect place to do just that. Bright and contemporary, every room is as comfortable as it is stylish. Laze on the sofa and admire the views of the park across the street, or curl up with an engrossing read on rainy days – perhaps Bram Stoker’s Dracula will pique your interest. Come dinnertime, let your culinary skills run wild in the sleek kitchen, then pad out to the quaint patio for an evening tipple and an alfresco meal as the sun goes down. End the day with a cup of Yorkshire tea and a film before bed. We don't know about you, but that sounds like the perfect holiday to us.
