This property is situated on the North Yorkshire coast, just two miles south of the town of Filey, where visitors can enjoy the town s usually quiet sandy beach, which also happens to be home to a long standing and well regarded surf academy.

A few miles further north around the coast will bring visitors to Scarborough, a much loved seaside resort with many of the traditional attractions of a British seaside resort, including beach front cafes and amusement arcades. There are also some less expected attractions here, including a fantastic water park, a Sea Life sanctuary, the cliff top castle, and the oriental themed Peasholm Park with its boating lake, cafe, and cascading waterfall.
