The property is suitable for 2 people and the crockery and cutlery reflects this resulting in you having to wash up all the time as there are no spare plates or mugs.

"We were happy with the standard of the property."
It was lovely and clean and fresh when we arrived. The owners were very welcoming and it was lovely of them to leave a welcome pack for us and this was very much appreciated. We would be happy to stay again and recommend the property to anyone who would like to stay near to Ripon as it was convenient for visiting a lot of different places.

Lovely and warm accommodation (November - it was a little chilly outside but toasty inside), great location and there is a delightful pub just a few minutes walk which does a tremendous carvery, highly recommended.
