Soak up the charms of North Yorkshire's Ripon at this smart apartment overlooking the bustling Market Place, and with tea rooms and traditional pubs just a stone's throw away. Should you tire of town life, the glorious Dales are on your doorstep for bracing hikes, and Harrogate is a short drive if you fancy a shopping spree. Back home, while there's no outdoor space to speak of, the town views seen from the living area and bedroom are a nice touch. If three of you are sharing, it's worth noting the last guest will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the lounge – but for a home this central, it's a compromise worth making.
