The washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities can be found in the nearby utility room. You will also find a playroom with TV/DVD and plenty of seating, which is an ideal space for children to play and relax. Exploring the ground floor further you will find three cosy bedrooms: there s a spacious double room with a king size bed, a further double room with an en suite shower room, comprising of shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC. A twin bedroom. There s also a second bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC. There is also a separate ground floor WC. A double room with a super king size bed and an en suite shower room with WC. Stepping outside, you will find a walled, enclosed yard with a stone terrace with garden furniture, fire pit and a BBQ. The garden also has a large lawn, and there is plenty of space for children to play, as well as a climbing frame. There is parking available for up to five cars. Please be aware that the property is on farmland where there are livestock (sheep and pigs) so if you are bringing dogs with you, they must be kept under control. There are also many wild deer so it is recommended that dogs are kept on the lead.
