Walter, a Denis Dominator Bus, consists of a double bedroom, a kitchen with a combi oven/microwave, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, cafetière, kettle, toaster, a dining table, a single sofa bed, and a first-floor sitting area with a books, games, a study area, and double sofa bed. There is a wet room with a walk-in shower, and a ground-floor bathroom with a bath and washing machine. Outside is a non-enclosed front garden with decking, patio, furniture, gas barbecue, fire pit, and a non-enclosed, wraparound lawn, plus off-road parking for two cars. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included. Travel cot available on request. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Escape to Walter. Note: No WiFi at this property. Note: Shoes must be kept outside in the shoe area provided, please bring your slippers. Note: Children must be supervised at all times due to steps within the bus and on the patio. Note: Low headroom is some areas. Note: No TV. Bicycles available to hire during your stay. The property benefits from full central heating, making it wonderfully cosy.

The beautiful seaside resort of Wells-next-the-Sea is a bustling port town resting on the North coastline of Norfolk, complemented by a sandy beach, colourful harbour, and bordered by stunning pinewoods, making for the perfect family-friendly beach holiday. The town is situated within the exceptional Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and on the edge of Holkham National Nature Reserve. Local attractions include a historic harbour, the Buttlands town green, the dramatic Holkham Hall, and the Wells and Walsingham Light Railway, as well as an attractive selection of boutique shops, supermarkets, gastropubs, fine dining, delis, and traditional fish and chips at the Quay. The town is the perfect spot to explore Norfolk's beauty at popular destinations including the Norfolk Coastal path, Holkham village, Burnham Market, and the Norfolk Broads and Norwich city centre further afield.
