This single-storey, houseboat has a open-plan living space with a kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, a dining area and a sitting area with a TV. There are two bedrooms, a double and a bunk room, serviced by a wet room. Outside there is a private veranda with furniture, a shared lawn with furniture, and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.4 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a river, and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcomed at a supplement, and must not be unattended, and smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Choose Halcyon for a delightful break, whatever time of year. Note: Fishing opportunities are available from this property. Note: As this property is on the water, children must be supervised at all times. Note: There is a moving gap to step over to get onto the houseboat, please take care. Area
The market town of Stalham, with its high street with a good range of shops and eateries, is a typical North Norfolk town. There is a small market which comes to the town on Tuesdays and a farmers’ market on every other Saturday, as well as regular sales in the town hall. Stalham is one of the major starting points of Norfolk Broads boating holidays and a museum to give you an insight in to the Broadland environment is a must. Just a few miles inland from fantastic beaches, this is a perfect base for exploring the Norfolk Broads and coastline.
