The kitchen includes all of the modern appliances you need, these include a cuisine master oven with five ring hob, samsung 70/30 fridge-freezer (there are three drawers in the freezer section), slimline dishwasher, built in microwave, kettle, De'longhi Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and washer/dryer. There is also a trendy breakfast bar with two stools for more relaxed dining. Cloakroom Located at the rear of the property, with easy access from the garden. This room features a WC and small wash basin. First Floor Partially carpeted stairs lead up to the first floor. Bedroom 1 Located at the front of the property, with double window. Location From Rosedene there is a footpath within a few steps which leads you out onto some fantastic walks across the field. Within Rickinghall there are also two pubs within a stones from, both received excellent reviews. For children there is also a wonderful playground. Area
The village of Rickinghall, alongside Botesdale, is situated close to the Norfolk border offering excellent access to both Norfolk and Suffolk with good road links to Bury St Edmunds, Diss and Thetford. The villages are well stocked with three pubs, a supermarket and a selection of takeaways. Once described as one of the few remaining unspoiled areas of Suffolk, this is a fantastic touring base for walkers and cyclists with the Angles, Peddar and Boudica Way routes right on the doorstep and an abundance of places of interest to visit within easy reach.
