Located in a wonderful spot on the east coast of Norfolk, the property is close to some fantastic walks on the doorstep and two food led pubs.

It is a short drive to the traditional seaside resort of Cromer which provides a fantastic family day out, whether it s for great fish and chips, or to enjoy an evening show at the theatre located on the pier. From the beach itself you can see Mundesley and Happisburgh, so why not take a stroll to both and take in the sea breeze? Wroxham, the gateway to the Norfolk Broads, is also only a short distance away from where you can hire a boat for the day and explore the stunning waterways, as well as enjoy an array of eateries, retail therapy and historic architecture.
