The historic town of King’s Lynn dates back to the 12th century and is situated on the River Great Ouse. The town boasts lots to see, including grand merchant houses, art galleries and museums, along with original, winding streets and alleys, shops, pubs and restaurants. The West Norfolk coastline is within easy driving distance, as is Hunstanton, Cromer and Sandringham. For coastal delights, head to the West Norfolk Coastline, where a number of boat trips are available, while the Norfolk Coast Cycleway is a must for any cycling enthusiasts.
