Area Located on the East Norfolk Coast's Western End, Hunstanton is a popular seaside resort known as Sunny Hunny because of the area's spectacular sunsets. Hunstanton is a wonderful vacation spot for families. Promenade along the seaside includes rock and candyfloss stands as well as funfair rides like the Sea Life Sanctuary and bowling. There are also bowling alleys, an amusement park including a bowling alley, a leisure centre, a pitch-and-putt course, Esplanade gardens, a theatre, and pristine sandy beaches. During the summer months, a band performs at the bandstand on the beach's green to entertain sunbathers and daytrippers. Other events are held throughout the town year round.
