With Wells-next-the-Sea, Holkham Hall, and the North Norfolk coast just a short drive away, it’s an idyllic base for exploring the region’s beauty and heritage.

*Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you during your stay, but they’re not allowed upstairs.
*Due to this home’s location, we recommend hiring a car to make the most of your stay. There’s free on-site parking, and EV charging is available.
*The bedroom is a mezzanine with limited wardrobe space, so we’d recommend packing light. It still has everything you need for a comfortable night’s sleep.
*The bedroom sits on a mezzanine level, reached by stairs and open to the space below, creating a light and airy feel.
*If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
