Outside, the alfresco seating on the terrace is ideal for languourous summer suppers, while the hot tub is another option in which to sit around and shoot the breeze. Add to that a lawn big enough for games, and you can see where the warmer months will be spent here.

That's when you're actually at the address, of course. With the wealth of distractions nearby, you might find you're away from the home more than you envisioned. The town of Cromer and its beach take no more than five minutes to reach in the car. In the other direction, Felbrigg Hall and Gardens can be reached in a similar amount of time.
