Property Description

The charming, traditional seaside town of Sheringham offers something for everyone with an array of things to see and do. The North Norfolk Steam Railway has steam trains running frequently to the pretty Georgian town of Holt and Weybourne, the Reef Leisure Centre (with indoor heated pool) and the Mo Museum offer indoor fun, and there s also a superb local golf course. The bustling high street offers a wealth of independent stores, coffee shops, pubs and eateries, catering for all tastes from locally caught fresh seafood to Indian cuisine. For some great days out, visit The Muckleburgh Military Collection (3.5 miles) or the National Trust properties at Felbrigg and Blickling (7 and 12 miles). Wiverton Hall (8 miles), Bewilderwood (23 miles) and Roarr! Dinosaur Park (21 miles) are also wonderful attractions that are slightly further afield. Or why not take a boat trip out at Blakeney Point to see the country s largest colony of grey seals just 12 miles away? As you enter this modern semi detached holiday retreat, step into the hallway and leave your boots at the door. Next, head right into the homely kitchen which offers any chefs amongst you a great set up to prepare anything from a light snack to a hearty evening meal. There s even a handy utility area that provides a washing machine and could also be used to store bikes if required. The lounge/diner is a great spot to relax and unwind with loved ones on the comfortable sofa and armchairs whilst watching your favourite show on the Smart TV or sharing a meal around the dining table, planning the days ahead. There s also the bonus of a lovely conservatory area to retreat to, perhaps with a warm drink and a book after a morning exploring the scenic coastal walks. Upstairs, there is a double and twin bedroom, wit h one standard single bed and a small single bed (2ft 6in wide), both with plenty of storage space for clothes and personal items as well as a family bathroom. Outside is an enclosed garden, part patio and part gravel. It s a fantastic spot to sit out and enjoy the morning bird song or some evening drinks on the garden furniture provided, and perfect for those who love to dine alfresco style on a warm summer s evening.
