On entering the property, guests arrive in the hallway which leads to the lounge area featuring sofas, a wood burner, TV/DVD with PS3 and a Nintendo Wii, providing the ideal area to relax and unwind in. The dining area just off from the lounge provides the perfect area for the family to enjoy an evening meal together at the table which comfortably seats up to six guests. The kitchen is located next to the dining room and is well equipped boasting an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with an ice compartment. On the ground floor you will also have a shower room with WC, perfect to freshen up after a long day out at the beach. Heading up the stairs to the first floor, at one end of the hallway is the master bedroom with a king size bed and plenty of storage space for your clothes and belongings. Bedroom two, at the other end of the hallway, is perfect for children with its twin beds and next door is bedroom three, a double room also featuring plenty of storage space. The bathroom is also on this floor and features a bath and WC. The outside area is at the rear of the property and has a good sized enclosed garden with table and chairs, providing the perfect setting for some al fresco dining in the evening. There is off road parking for one car and on street parking is available.
