Many people, both locals and visitors, come to Holt to take in the unique atmosphere of its attractive Georgian squares and interesting array of shops and places to eat.

A 4 mile drive north brings visitors to the Norfolk coast and the quiet village beaches of Cley next the Sea, Salthouse, and Weybourne. The larger sandy beaches at Cromer and Wells next the Sea are both excellent places to enjoy a leisurely day playing on the sand, paddling, and playing games, and are both situated within 12 miles of the property.
