The traditional seaside town of Sheringham has a lovely beach, pubs, cafes, tea rooms and a steam railway which takes you through to the stunning Georgian town of Holt. The National Trust sites of Felbrigg and Blickling Hall are also a short drive away. The popular seaside town of Cromer is nearby and there are many attractive villages to explore, including Wells next the Sea, Blakeney, Cley and Mundesley. Great Yarmouth and the Norfolk Broads are also within driving distance. Guests entering the property will arrive in a cosy, open plan lounge/diner which has a wood burner, a sofa and two armchairs, and a dining table with chairs for dining for up to four guests. Located off from the lounge area is the kitchen which features an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. You also benefit from a snug area located off from the dining area which features a TV/DVD and another sofa which provides the perfect space to unwind and relax in. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double and the second is a cosy twin. The shower room features a shower and WC. Heading out to the rear of the property is the large, enclosed and beautiful back garden offering the ideal place to unwind after a busy day out exploring. There is a wooden bench along with table and chairs should you wish to experience al fresco dining outside. There is off road parking for one car.
