This charming, characterful cottage with lovely conservatory, courtyard garden and parking space is in the centre of this small, coastal village, close to the road leading to the Blue Flag beach.Ground floor: Conservatory with TV with door into leading to: Kitchen: with electric hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, Dining Room with dining table. Downstairs WC with wash basin, inner hallway leading to: Lounge with comfortable seating/sofa bed (please advise upon booking if this is required) with door leading out to the courtyard garden. First floor: Stairs leading up to small landing with doors to:1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Family Bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and wash basin.
Please note: Amenities: bed linen provided, please bring your own towels, 2 x well-behaved small dogs at £20.00 per week. Parking for 1 large car or 2 small cars. Location: beach 0.3 miles, local shops a short stroll.
