Flint Cottage is a single-storey cottage with a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a king-size with en-suite basin and WC and a twin serviced by a bathroom with bath and shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. There’s a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There’s a living/dining room with a Smart TV, DVD player and electric fire. Oil central heating, underfloor heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot available on request. Outside there’s off-road parking for 2 cars and an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, picnic bench and bbq. Sorry, no smoking, vaping, candles or incense burners allowed and no pets. Shop 1.7 miles, pub 2.5 miles, beach 2.1 miles. Bring your loved ones year after year to Flint Cottage. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £350. There is no charging facility at the property for electric vehicles.
