Holiday Rental Description

This top-floor apartment may require five flights of steps to reach, but trust us when we say the views are worth it. Overlooking the rooftops of the Georgian Quarter and Liverpool Cathedral, it's the perfect backdrop for a Merseyside stay. The apartment itself is compact but cosy – just note the sofa bed and sloped ceilings. As for the location, there's plenty to see and do nearby. With the city centre a twenty-minute walk away and restaurants and bars aplenty nearby, we think it's a winner – stairs and all.

Home truths:
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area.
*This apartment is on the third floor. It's located up five flights of stairs, so it won't suit guests with limited mobility or heavy luggage.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair upon request, with at least 48 hours' notice before your stay.
*Given the central location, expect to hear some noise during your stay.
*The communal entrance and hallways of this building might appear a little worn and dated in parts.
*There are some sloped ceilings here, particularly in the bathroom.
*Groups under 25 years old are not allowed.
*Parking is provided for one car.
