Holiday Rental Description

This penthouse apartment in the trendy Baltic Triangle area ticks all the right boxes for a city break. It’s close to restaurants and bars, has a kitchen for when you’d prefer to eat at home, and has three en-suite bedrooms, meaning morning queues are minimised. There’s a sofa bed too, which is handy for larger groups. Whether you’re in the city for work or play, it makes a great base for meetings in the city or seeing the sights. Floor-to-ceiling windows also offer fantastic views of the Liverpool skyline, so you always feel right in the heart of things.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*The apartment is on the ninth floor with a lift for access. Your host isn't responsible for the maintenance of the lift.
*Upon arrival, you’ll need to collect the keys from a nearby shop, which is a two-minute walk away. The shop is open from 7am to midnight every day, so if you'll be arriving outside those hours, speak to your host in advance.
*During busy periods, your host may need to access the apartment to carry out maintenance work. They will always give you 24 hours notice, unless it's an emergency.
*Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
*Your host kindly asks that you don't have parcels delivered to the apartment during your stay.
*This home is unable to host groups of guests under 25 years of age.
