While missing some of the charm of other lived-in homes, the interior of this apartment has been thoughtfully curated to create a modern yet welcoming space. We particularly love the industrial style of the home, which reflects its original purpose as a Lipton tea factory, and the surrounding Shoreditch neighbourhood. In terms of location, you have excellent access to London’s bustling financial district, many lively restaurants and bars, and for chilled weekends, the more residential area of Islington is also nearby.
