We have had an absolutely brilliant time! The location has been perfect for us and the peace and quiet of the cottage was superb! Travelled to everywhere we wanted it’s an excellent location for Sandringham, Cambridge and the Broads. The Gsp’s Maggie and Winnie have absolutely had a ball!! Thank you for making our staycation happy, relaxing and memorable! From the Garrety’s

Accommodation was lovely, a real home from home.. Dog's had a fantastic time. Good location for visiting 3 counties. Have never rented a cottage before, but experience has been so good and trouble free, would feel confident to book with this company again. Thanks for a great holiday at a good price.

Fantastic communication with the owners.. The cottage was in excellent condition and in a great rural location. My first visit to The Fens was all the more memorable because of Grange Farm Cottage.

Very pleased with cottage.. Unfortunately I picked the wettest week on record however we were lovely and warm in the cottage. The flooring was ideal as when we brought our dogs in soaking wet we could dry them off in the sun room. I couldn't believe the size of the house. We seemed to be opening doors to yet another room so if you want chill out time on your own it was no problem. The garden was absolutely perfect, pity due to weather conditions we couldn't get out there but the views were gorgeous. Also garden very safe for dogs, and plenty of room to park the car. Very big bathroom, useful second toilet, good sized bedrooms, lovely completely rural location, but on our walks met and chatted with all the locals. Must do's: walk to the lighthouses and nature reserve, dinner at The Anchor in Sutton Bridge ( we had fantastic carvery on Wed night for £7.50!!), Kings Lynn, Norfolk Lavender Farm and Sandringham Country Park all worth a visit. Would def book this cottage again, oh and by the way they even supply dog bowls. Very doggy friendly.

Staying at Grange farm was very healing whilst waiting to move as it allowed my family and I a wonderful retreat to spend quality time together.. It was very clean, homely and warm and the only downside was us having to leave! We will definitely think about returning in the future!

We spent Christmas at Grange Farm cottage this year and it was just perfect.. Just what we wanted. A cosy little cottage away from everything. We had a lovely peaceful week enjoying time as a family. Quick drive to local beaches and plenty of shops nearby if you need more wine!! Carole and Nigel made us very welcome. The fizz in the fridge went down a treat while we made ourselves at home. Nothing was too much trouble. Very safe for our two woofits which was a huge bonus. Will be booking again for next year xx

We love this cottage so much, we've just had our second visit and are already planning our third.. It sits in such a peaceful location, more often than not, all you can hear is the wind and the wildlife. Heaven, for Townies like us. The cottage itself is very well appointed, with all mod cons, and is very much a warm and comfortable home from home. It is now fully fenced with 4ft wooden picket fencing, which means most dogs can access the garden without fear of escape, which for us is a big plus point.

Nice cottage, although disappointed no toilet upstairs.. Could improve on cleanliness around cottage regarding dog hairs from previous visitors.

We absolutely loved this cottage and it's location, and will hopefully be using it again.. It's a really comfortable, homely cottage. The only thing I'd have liked to seen on it's listing is a warning about the low fences in the back garden. Yes, the garden was fenced all the way round, but if you had a dog which could jump over 2ft 6", then those hares and deer on the other side might have proved too much of an enticement to safely allow the dogs in the garden.

Just a short break and in the off season, but still lots to see and do and a warm, snug cottage to come back to with all the space and equipment you could ask for..

Would like to see back garden less jumbled and generally cleared making it more acceptable for guests

The cottage was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for the dog! Lovely walks all around and only a 40 minute drive to hunstanton! The cottage was very well equipped and clean and perfect for a relaxing week away! The only negative thing was a lack of decent WiFi , but we saw this as an opportunity to switch off and get away and relax !! Thanks for a lovely week x

The cottage is in a great location for visiting local attractions within the 3 counties.. It is a well equipped and very spacious cottage which gives it a home from home feel. We all had a great time there and was very sad when the holiday came to an end. We will definately be returning and would highly recommend the cottage.
