Louth 11 miles; Mablethorpe 11 miles.

The coastal village of North Somercotes rests in the East Lindsey district, within the marshes area of Lincolnshire. Within the village there are a number of amenities including two convenience stores and two pubs, Axe and Cleaver and Bay Horse Inn, serving a selection of food and drink. Regarded as the capital of the Lincolnshire Wolds, Louth is eleven miles away and Georgian streets with Grade II listed buildings, St James Church, a theatre, museum, shopping facilities and a vast assortment of eateries.
