The bathroom has a shower over bath and separate WC and the two bedrooms have a double and a single so perfect for a small family looking for a holiday home by the sea. The enclosed rear paved garden with a table and four chairs for guests to use if you want to enjoy some al fresco dining. There is one off road parking space for guests on the driveway and there is some on road parking available outside the property for a second car.
