Gables Cottage is a wonderful family-friendly cottage in Lincolnshire. There are two bedrooms, one shower room, and the property is suitable to sleep up to four people. Solar panel air source heat pumps, with all rooms thermostatically controlled. Electric fire. Electric oven and hobs, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. Two TVs (one Smart TV and one with Amazon Firestick), Fibre Broadband, WiFi, Alexa with Spotify. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Outdoor hot shower for dogs and a pet laundry room with a dedicated pet washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside is a modest front garden, and a large back with fields and stunning views of the farm animals and the Lincolnshire Wolds beyond. Sorry, no smoking. Surrounded by the countryside views, walking and cycling routes, and plentiful woodlands, the Lincolnshire Wolds is a must-see for all avid walkers and nature enthusiasts. You can also find a 18-hole golf course here too, alongside the National Hunt racecourse, there are plenty of sports to explore in the surrounding area. The city of Lincoln is also a beautiful place to visit, with its famous 11th century cathedral and various shopping experiences, its a vibrant city promising fun for all the family.
