Pelham House is a lovely stone cottage situated in Nettleton, Lincolnshire. Set over three floors, it offers two bedrooms: one first floor king-size double with additional day bed, one second floor king-size double with en-suite bathroom. There is a first floor family bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area, with a sitting room and utility area. Outside, there is a rear patio garden area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for two cars. Pelham House Cottage is the perfect choice for exploring all Lincolnshire has to offer. Note: This property does only accept up to 5 people including infants. Please note, due to the rural location WIFI can be intermittent. Note: Owner does not accept working bookings

With only fragments of the former 4th century wall remaining, this town has a variety of Roman structures, including a former cemetery. Nestled on a hillside, Caistor is popular with active walkers for its Viking Way that runs through the town. A weekly market is held on Saturdays, in a historic position, with 56 listed buildings in the town centre. Offering a wide-selection of store, restaurants serving homemade food and local pubs. Its nearby villages of Nettleton and Grasby are within easy reach.
