Tucked away on the prestigious Nevill Holt Estate in rolling Leicestershire, you're only a ten-minute drive from the imposing Rockingham Castle and Gardens, with Nevill Holt Opera House even closer. At Eyebrook Reservoir, only a stone's throw from your door, you can even settle in for a day of trout fishing. Peaceful but still well-connected and with plenty of farmhouse charm and comfort, this barn – with a fire pit and a picnic table overlooking swaths of green – does pretty well for itself. Your host can also arrange a hot tub to take your stay to the next level.

The double beds are made up of two single mattresses pushed together and can be arranged as such with prior notice. At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
