The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining seating for six guests, a utility with washing machine, a sitting room with Smart TV and a snug. The bedrooms consist of three second floor bedrooms, 2 x king size and 1 x double, a third-floor king size with Smart TV and another third-floor double, along with a bathroom with separate WC, a second-floor bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed patio with bench and parking is available. Within 0.3 miles you will find a supermarket and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Yewdale is a delightful base from which to explore the delights of Lancashire. Note: From March 2023 you will be required to organise your own waste collection and ensure any dog waste is removed otherwise appropriate charges will apply.

The seaside communities of Lytham and St. Annes-on-Sea are tucked away along a charming length of shoreline that is bordered by lovely parks. You can reach lush Clifton Street, where you'll find charming boutiques, cafés, and independent businesses, by taking a short stroll from the Lytham seafront. The Old Lytham Lifeboat House Museum and the restored Windmill are located on Lytham Green, a stretch of grassy area between the water and the major coastal road that offers views of the River Ribble and the Welsh Mountains.
