An added bonus is the sheltered balcony and seating to the rear of the property, which catches a lot of sun throughout summer days. No more than two minutes' walk away, there's a good choice of bars and restaurants in the centre of Poulton-le-Fylde, which has fifteen listed buildings in its conservation area. There are further adventures to be had in nearby Blackpool as well, which sits about ten minutes away in the car.
