Clifton Drive Apartment consists of a kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, gas hob, and dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a living/dining room with Smart TV with Sky, dining seating, and open fire. The owner has provided a selection of board games and an Xbox. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, king-size, and double. There is a bathroom with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, and basin and WC. Both bathrooms have led and bluetooth mirrors, so you can listen to your favourite music in the bath or shower. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a shared front lawn with patio table and chairs and designated parking space for one car and road side parking nearby for extra vehicles. Two well-behaved pets are welcome.
